The three founding directors have over 100 years’ experience in pattern making, mould making and model making. Each coming from their own successful companies, respected model makers Curvature Group (Nick) and time served plug and mould makers Marine Concepts (Peter and Terry), each director brings a unique background and technical ability to the table. Whilst the executive directors take a ‘hands-off’ approach to the business all three are there to support and guide when called upon.

Jason joined the company shortly after its inception in 2011. Having started out as an office manager Jason has grown with the business qualifying as a chartered account in 2016. With degree honours in Business Management Jason brings a customer focused management style to the organisation. A wearer of many hats Jason took up the role of MD in October 2021 having previously served as the Finance Director.

When he’s not wearing hats, Jason can be found swimming, cycling and running his way around the South Coast of England.

With a degree in Production Engineering, a Masters in Mechanical Management and Technology, and over 30 years of time served in programme management, Richard brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Positive and forward thinking, Richard loves to problem solve.

Richard has worked in many composite led companies such as Dunlop, Gurit, Formaplex and Sunseeker and as such has worked on projects for esteemed companies such as Aston Martin, McClaren, GM, Ford, Alfa Romeo, Gordon Murray,  Sunseeker and Princess Yachts.

Outside of work is all about renovating a MGB roadster, paying homage to Richard’s passion for British enterprise.

Whether it’s designing composite tools, programming the machines or leading R&D projects, James keeps things spinning with a profound understanding of all things CNC. As a keen sailor and mechanical engineer working with the design and development of marine vessels comes naturally.

When he’s not on the water James can be found on the snow or on two wheels in the rolling South Downs.

Ricky joined the company in 2019 as a trainee CAD/CAM programmer having spent the previous five years working in China. Learning his new trade with proficiency, Ricky has quickly established himself as a key member of the team and although his degree is in History there is no looking back now.

A computer buff at heart, outside of work Ricky enjoys building gaming PC’s and making components on a 3D printer.

Mike has been with the company since formation and with a background of training in Mechanical Engineering Mike started life at MonsterCAM running the CNC machines Mike has since moved into project management, organising weekly reviews with customers and providing timing plans Mike has his finger firmly on the pulse.

Lewis joined the company as a school leaver in 2010 learning his trade on the shop floor before stepping up to Production Supervisor. A Marine Engineering apprentice, Lewis has moved through various areas of the business allowing him to gain a 360 degrees understanding of the relationship between patterns, moulds and the finished component. Dynamic, confident and team orientated, when something needs doing, Lewis does it with passion and success.
